Wash the lemons and cut each into 4 slices. Wash the cherry tomatoes and cut each in half. Chop the parsley finely, you should get 6 tbsp.l. Cod fillet divided into 4 portions, wash and dry. Prepare 4 small baking sleeves. In each, put a portion of fish, 4 tomatoes, the juice of a quarter of a lemon, a spoonful of oil and a spoonful of greens. Add salt and pepper. Put it in the oven. 180 degrees and 15 minutes. Serve and serve. Sprinkle with the remaining herbs or serve it on a separate plate with salt.
