Step-by-step cooking
Sprinkle the prepared fish (pre-cleaned) with lemon juice and soak for 30 minutes. We will cut the onion rings, we will save it in most parts. Add carrots, celery, pre-chopped, and lightly fry them. Next, add tomatoes, garlic, spices, neatly cut into slices, and mix them. Put the vegetables in a mold, and put the fish on them, sprinkle with oil and pour a little hot water and start baking until fully cooked. The food is ready to be served on the table!
