Step 1:

Step 4:
Beat eggs with a mixer, add liquid honey and beat for a few more minutes.

Sift flour into the mixture.

Mix everything.

Add the melted butter and the zest of one lemon, mix.

Knead the dough well.

Drain the liquid from candied fruits with raisins, pour a little flour and mix.
Step 12:

Step 13:
Cover the dough with a towel and leave in a warm place for 2 hours.
Step 14:
Put the dough into baking molds.
Step 15:
Grease the top of the cake with yolk, bake in a preheated 180 C oven for 50 minutes.
