Hot sandwiches with crab sticks and cheese

The original breakfast will provide the mood for the whole day. Such sandwiches can be served as a separate dish, for example, for breakfast, or as a snack for a festive feast. These sandwiches are especially delicious in hot form, although my family claim that they are no less delicious in cold form. I made a lot of them, and some of them remained on the second day. A quick warm-up in the microwave - and the feeling that they have just been fried. On the second day they are no worse than on the day of cooking. And this is their undoubted plus.

Since childhood I have loved hot sandwiches. When I was 7 years old, my mother and I made hot sausage sandwiches under a cheese cap for the first time. I still make these sandwiches, my whole family loves them. They are not only delicious, but also satisfying. One sandwich is enough for a full breakfast. I'll share the recipe here sometime. However, gradually I began to master many other recipes for similar snacks. And I really liked the crab stick filling, too.

Crab sticks can be safely replaced with shrimp.

In addition to wheat, you can use rye baguette, as well as ordinary black or white bread - whatever you like.

If desired, garlic can be removed, and sharpness can be given with the help of ground chili on the tip of a knife or a finely chopped piece of fresh hot pepper.
