Pineapple cake

Cooking method

1. In a deep bowl, sift flour and corn starch, add salt and baking powder. Beat the softened butter with sugar, break the eggs into the resulting mass, add Greek yogurt, pour milk and pineapple juice, also add vanilla extract, mix.

2. Combine the resulting mixture with dry ingredients, mix until smooth. Carefully pour 1/3 of the dough into a mold pre-greased with butter, bake for half an hour in an oven preheated to 200 degrees. Thus, we bake three cakes.

3. Using a mixer, whisk the cream until stable peaks appear, add cinnamon, powdered sugar and vanilla extract, whisk for another 1-3 minutes.

4. We put one of the cakes in a split form, smear it with cream, spread a layer of pineapple rings and cherries. Cover with another cake, smear with cream again and spread pineapples and cherries, then cover with the last cake. The surface of the cake is not smeared with cream, but simply spread pineapples, decorate with cherries.

5. We send the cake to the refrigerator for three hours. After the specified time, we remove the cake from the split mold and serve it on the table.
