This cupcake is just incredibly delicious and juicy! The recipe for this cupcake was in my notebook for a very long time. And although I am not a fan of poppy seed baking, the taste of this cupcake just amazed me. The main secret is in the poppy itself, or rather its preparation. Before throwing poppy seeds into baking, it is necessary to grind it in a coffee grinder or a stationary blender. Then the baking will be soft, the poppy seeds in the dough will be distributed more uniformly and will fully reveal their taste. Plus, the poppy should be fresh, so as not to be bitter.
