Cooking method

Cooking time: 14 h

1. Eggs are divided into whites and yolks. Whisk the proteins with half a serving of sugar until stable peaks. Beat the yolks with the remaining white sugar.

2. We connect both masses. Sift the flour to them, gently mix with a spatula with movements from top to bottom.

3. Pour the dough into a split mold greased with butter. We send it to bake in the oven preheated to 180 degrees. It will take from 25 to 35 minutes to bake, depending on the type of oven.

4. The finished biscuit is cooled in the mold, and then removed and transferred to the grill. When the biscuit is completely cooled, cut it into two cakes. The cap that was formed during baking is not needed, it should be cut off. The surface should be smooth.

5. Pour agar-agar into a bowl. Fill with a small amount of water, let it swell.

6. Pour cream into a saucepan, spread condensed milk here. Stir, send to the fire. Bring the mixture to a boil, but do not boil.

7. Then add the swollen agar-agar, cook the mixture for 2 minutes with constant stirring.

8. Break the white chocolate into pieces, add vanilla sugar to it and pour the hot cream mixture. Stir so that the chocolate melts.

9. One cake is placed in a detachable cooking ring. Impregnate with syrup. Pour out the creamy chocolate mixture. The second cake is also soaked, spread on the surface.

10. We cover the cake with cling film and send it to the refrigerator overnight (this is about 8-10 hours).

11. Prepare the cream for leveling. White chocolate is broken into pieces, melted in the microwave. Let it cool down a little, then combine with softened butter. Beat with a mixer.

12. We remove the cake from the ring, transfer it to the substrate. With the resulting cream, we level the surface of the cake. We send the cake to the refrigerator for half an hour.

13. Roll out the main layer of mastic thinly, cover the cake with it. Smooth out, cut off the excess. We make a puddle for the pig from chocolate mastic. From green - grass.

14. Let's start decorating the cake. The figures must be made in advance. They can also be ordered at a specialized confectionery store. We fix the parts with alcohol or vodka. And it is better to fix three-dimensional decorations with toothpicks or wooden skewers.

The cake can be served on the table.

Happy holidays!
