Step 1:
How to make a pita bread roll with crab sticks and cheese? Prepare the ingredients. Take fresh, thin, large pita bread. Crab sticks, if they have been frozen, pre-defrost. This is done fairly quickly at room temperature. Choose cheeses of good quality, without milk fat substitutes.
Step 2:
Pre-boil hard boiled eggs. How to cook hard-boiled eggs? So that the eggs do not crack when cooking, put them in cold water and put them to cook on a small fire. Boil the eggs for 9 minutes after boiling, then pour cold water and cool. From a sharp temperature drop, the shell will be better cleaned. Cool and peel the eggs, then grate them on a coarse grater.
Step 3:
Crab sticks can be grated or crushed in a blender. To make it easier to do this, rub them not completely defrosted.
Step 4:
Grate the hard cheese on a fine grater.

Wash the dill, dry it and chop it finely.

Unwrap the pita bread sheet and spread it evenly with cream cheese.

Sprinkle the lavash with dill on top.

Next, lay out a layer of grated cheese and a layer of boiled eggs.

Roll the pita bread into a tight roll on the shorter side.

They got the name "lavash" — white unleavened bread without crumb of wheat flour.
How to buy crab sticks correctly? Be sure to pay attention to the expiration date of the product. Surimi meat (minced white fish) should appear in the list of ingredients in the first place. Important! Do not buy the product if there is frost on it. This is a sign of repeated freezing. Fresh sticks should be free of gray and yellow spots, elastic and slightly moist. If the product is sticky, it means it is spoiled.
The film in which each crab stick is wrapped is sometimes poorly removed. To facilitate the process, hold the sticks over the steam for 1-3 seconds.
How to choose the right pita bread? First of all, look at the date of manufacture on the package. Do not take expired pastries. Fresh pita bread should have a pleasant smell. Take a good look so that there are no stains and signs of mold on it.
