Spread the softened butter in a bowl, pour powdered sugar (this is important! not sugar) and grind with a fork into a mass with a homogeneous consistency.
Add the protein, mix. Sift the flour, put vanilla sugar, knead the dough. It is better to do this not with your hands, but with a spatula or kitchen appliances, since such a dough does not like heat.
As a result, the dough turns out soft and elastic. Divide the dough into walnut-sized balls and spread on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Now we give the balls the shape of a tortilla and by pressing our fingers (or with the edge of a knife) we make grooves like flower petals, and put jam in the middle (if there is a pastry syringe, you can use it and put cookies using the "asterisk" nozzle).
Bake the products at a temperature of 200 degrees for 20 minutes (to slightly blushed).
