Cannelloni with spinach and shrimp with bechamel sauce

Delicious and satisfying dish! Prepare an Italian dinner for the family! Cannellonni is a type of Italian pasta, very convenient for stuffing and baking. In our family, everyone loves pasta in any form, but the children probably all adore them. This dish is just a favorite with us :)) And simple, and very, very tasty!

Cooking method

Cooking time: 1 h 30 min

1. Blanch spinach for 5 minutes, then finely chop.
2. Wash the basil and send it to a blender with spinach.
3. Rub the cottage cheese through a sieve and put it in a blender with the greens.
4. Chop all this and put it in a separate container.
5. Now peel and chop the shrimp meat in a blender.
6. Mix shrimp with cottage cheese and herbs.
7. Stuff cannelloni with the prepared filling.
8. Put the pasta in a baking dish.
9. For the sauce, melt the butter and add the flour, mix.
10. Pour milk in a thin stream, stirring constantly.
11. Bring to a boil and simmer for a couple of minutes.
12. Pour water into the mold first, then the sauce and grate the parmesan on top.
13. Cover the mold with foil, preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake cannelloni in it for 20-30 minutes.
14. Bake the last 10 minutes in the open until golden cheese crust.
15. Turn off the oven and let the pasta cool down a little in the oven.
16. Serve with sour cream or sour cream sauce.
