Cooking method

Cooking time: 2 hours

1. Add sugar and salt to the flour and mix;
2. Add eggs, butter, yeast, warm milk and mix;
3. Knead the dough, cover and leave for 45 minutes;
4. Knead the dough and divide into 8 parts;
5. From each part, roll out a rectangle 25x50 cm and 2 mm thick;
6. Grease the rectangle with melted butter;
7. Roll the rectangle into a roll not tightly, starting from the side that is 25 cm;
8. Roll the roll a little, stretching it in different directions, so it should lengthen by about 20 cm;
9. Cut the roll lengthwise into two parts;
10. Grease the molds with oil;
11. Roll up the strips with a snail or tie a knot so that the layers are out and visible;
12. Put the dough into molds, cover and leave for 10 minutes;
13. Bake in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees for 20-30 minutes, focusing on your oven and using wooden sticks;
14. Sprinkle the finished kraffins with powdered sugar, and you can also inject jam into the kraffin with a syringe for cream. Bon appetit!
