Peel the apple and grate it on a coarse grater.

Add cottage cheese, powdered sugar, sour cream, optionally cinnamon and mix everything well.
Step 4:
Spread the curd-apple mass on the slices of the loaf and put it in the heated oven for about 7 minutes.
Step 5:
Ready-made sandwiches are delicious both warm and cold. Bon appetit!
You can bake sandwiches in the microwave, but then they won't be so crispy. If someone likes fried bread, you can brown a loaf in a frying pan by adding butter.
