Step 1:
Ingredients
Step 2:
Grind the hazelnuts into flour.
Step 3:
Peel half of the pear and cut into thin slices.
Step 4:
In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder and a pinch of cinnamon. Add 2 yolks and mix with a whisk.
Step 5:
Whisk the whites with a fork until light foam.
Step 6:
Add the proteins to the flour mixture and mix, the mixture will turn out to be quite lumpy, do not try to knead until smooth, it will not work anyway, there is too little liquid.
Step 7:
Melt the butter, let it cool down a little and add it to the dough in small portions, stirring constantly. Knead until smooth. Add chopped nuts and pears. Mix it up.
Step 8:
We put the resulting dough into molds. Preheat the oven to 220 C, send the form with the dough into the oven, reduce the temperature to 180 C and bake for 15-20 minutes until ready (check readiness with a skewer).
Step 9:
Bon appetit!
