Preparing a biscuit
Separate the whites from the yolks, whisk with sugar alternately, leave half for cottage cheese, mix the second with flour and bake the biscuit in a split form until half-cooked.
Cooking the poppy
We boil the washed poppy, fill it with water just to cover its surface, the poppy should swell, increasing its volume by 2 times.
We pass poppy seeds with jam through a meat grinder, or a blender.

Cottage cheese is passed through a meat grinder, or a blender, mixed with sugar, the remaining egg mass, prepared raisins, vanilla.
We connect the cottage cheese.
We put poppy seeds on a sponge cake in a split form, followed by a curd mass, sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar and put it to bake in the oven for 30 minutes at a temperature of 180-200 gr.
After checking the readiness with a stick, take it out of the oven, let it cool down and take it out of the mold.
