Cooking method
The layer of puff pastry is NOT rolled out. We cut it, as it is, into strips 2-2.5 cm wide.
We spread the strips on a baking sheet moistened with water and bake in a preheated oven at t- 200-220 * 25-30 minutes (be guided by your oven).
We put oil with condensed milk on a water bath. Bring to complete dissolution, stirring occasionally.
We leave the mass to cool down a little.
Dip each strip in the cream and put it on a saucer for a minute so that the excess drains.
We roll the tongues in the dusting. EVERYTHING!!
If you eat at once, they will be a little soft from the cream, and if they stand, they will become more crispy.
