Cooking method
Soak gelatin in cold water.
Defrost strawberries by 80%. Drain the juice. Mash the berries a little with a fork. In strawberry juice (it turns out about 1 cup) add sugar 2 tbsp.l. Add the rest of the sugar to the crushed strawberries. Mix both, and then leave to dissolve.
Preheat the oven to 180C. Beat the cold eggs until fluffy with a mixer at high speed. Pour the condensed milk in parts. Do not be afraid that the mass will settle, it should be so.
Turn the mixer to low speed and add flour with baking powder, also add poppy seeds.
Cover the form with oiled paper and pour out the dough. Bake for 40-50 minutes.
Dissolve gelatin in a steam bath. Add it to the strawberry puree, mix. Pour the rum into the strawberry juice. Leave the strawberry puree in the cold for 1 hour, let it thicken slightly. Mix twice during this time.
Cool the baked biscuit slightly, remove it from the mold, let it cool completely. Cut into 3 pieces.
With powdered sugar, beat the cooled cream at high speed, but do not interrupt! The mass should turn out very lush, but at the same time tender.
Now we are collecting our cake. The first and second cakes are soaked with strawberry syrup (the one that is mixed with rum). Spread strawberry puree on top of the impregnation, half on each cake. Spread one third of the whipped cream on top of the puree.
We also impregnate the third cake, but we put it on two cakes with impregnation down. We coat the cake with whipped cream and put it in the refrigerator.
Jelly for cakes to dilute, but thinner than it says on the package. Coat each strawberry with a jelly brush for decoration. You can take whole berries, you can cut them.
The finished cake can be decorated as desired. Coat with whipped cream, decorate with fresh strawberries on top. You can pour the top jelly cake with sliced strawberries.
