Step 1:

We spread the second half of the prepared dough on top of the layer of apples with raisins, which we then distribute evenly and set aside the mold for ten to fifteen minutes.
Step 23:
After fifty minutes, we take the charlotte baked to a golden crust out of the oven and remove the mold.

Sprinkle the charlotte on top with vanilla sugar according to your taste and desire.
