Step 1:
Spread out the finished frozen puff pastry on paper, let it thaw, cut off small ribbons around the perimeter of the dough. Cut the ribbons on both sides with a knife. Grease the edges of the dough with beaten egg, put our ribbons on the greased edges. Grease the middle of the dough with apricot jam, then spread out the peeled and sliced apples.
