Composition / ingredients
Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Sift the flour into a bowl. With our hands, we rub the butter with flour into small crumbs.
Step 2:
Add the egg and knead the dough. We form a ball from the mass, wrap it in plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Step 3:
Roll out the dough with a diameter at least 5 centimeters larger than the mold. I have a shape with a diameter of 23 centimeters.
Step 4:
Using a rolling pin, we put the dough into a baking dish and form the sides with our hands.
Step 5:
Cut the brisket and cheese into cubes and spread on the dough.
Step 6:
Mix eggs with cream, salt, pepper and pour the pie.
Step 7:
Sprinkle with nutmeg and bake in the oven at 160 degrees Celsius for 40 minutes.
Step 8:
Take it out of the oven and after 10 minutes you can serve it to the table. Thank you for watching and reading my recipe. Bye for everyone and bon appetit.
