Cooking method
1.Sift flour into a bowl, pour yeast and herbs of Provence, mix. In warm water, dissolve the salt, pour vegetable oil, mix again. Combine dry ingredients with liquid, knead a soft dough. Leave the dough under a towel for half an hour.
2. Sausage and cucumbers are cut into thin circles, peeled Bulgarian pepper, cut into rings, cut fresh oregano finely, three cheese on a grater. 
3. Roll out the dough into a thin base, giving it a round shape. Lubricate the base with tomato paste, spread sausage, cucumbers, bell peppers and olives, sprinkle with oregano and cheese, as well as dried basil. Bake the pizza for 7 minutes in the oven preheated to 250 degrees.
Serve immediately, sprinkle with olive oil and garnish with fresh oregano before serving.
