Composition / ingredients
Step-by-step cooking
We need to sow flour so that the pie turns out to be airy. Add soda, cinnamon, salt, just a pinch, and nutmeg.
In another bowl, mix sugar, vegetable oil and eggs. Pour this mixture into the flour, nuts and carrots, which I rub on a large grater.
Now take the baking sheet. Smear with oil. so that our pie does not stick to the walls and bake in the oven for two hours.
To check the readiness, I take an ordinary toothpick and pierce the dough. If there is no trace left, then you can take it out. Let the cake cool. In the meantime, we are preparing a cream from the ingredients that I wrote. Add the pineapple to it, just cut into small pieces and let the juice drain a little. Spread the cream on the surface of the pie and you can serve it with tea.
