Step-by-step cooking
Wonderful taste cupcakes, absolutely charming and cute, the most suitable food for morning tea, even for a festive table. This is a dish of English cuisine (the English generally like all kinds of puddings and cupcakes), and this recipe, in my opinion, should be written in the book of every housewife.
Separate the yolks from the whites and beat the yolks with sugar, put sour cream and melted and cooled cream margarine. Beat again (you can use a mixer, you can use a whisk). Sift flour with baking powder, sprinkle starch and mix everything with eggs, forming a medium-thick dough. We let it stand, soak in the flavors, then put it into molds. In each cupcake we put a piece of chocolate with a nut inside (it is better if it is a hazelnut). It will take us about half an hour to fully cook in the oven. When the mini cupcakes are ready, they should be sprinkled with powdered sugar on top.
