Step 1:
Preheat the oven to 160 degrees. Grease the baking dish with oil.

Remove the cores from the apples and cut into slices.

Mix sliced apples with zest, orange and lemon juice, sugar and spices.

Mix well.
Step 6:

Mix well with a mixer at low speed for 5 minutes.
Step 8:
Put the dough into a mold and bake in the oven at an average level for 1 hour. Apples are good to leave from the bottom so that the dough is on top.
