Step 1:
Whole right in the skin. But large potatoes are also suitable for cooking this dish, it only needs to be cleaned and cut into pieces. The set of spices and seasonings can be changed to your liking.
Step 2:
Potatoes are washed, cleaned. it is better to use crumbly varieties of potatoes, which need less time for baking, and which become soft and crumbly after heat treatment.
Step 3:
Cut into cubes, approximately the same size, so that it is evenly baked all over. Wash the potatoes, let the water drain completely.
Step 4:
Put the potatoes in a baking bag (if there is no such thing at hand, a regular plastic bag will do).
Step 5:
Add salt, ground black pepper to taste, you can add a pinch of paprika, ground coriander, dried basil or special seasoning for potatoes. Pour in a couple of tablespoons of olive oil (as a more budget, you can use vegetable oil). Olive oil will make it more fragrant and healthier.
Step 6:
We tie the package with potatoes and shake it well so that the spices and oil are evenly distributed throughout the potatoes. We make several punctures on the package with a fork so that the package does not burst during baking in the microwave. We put the package with potatoes in a fireproof mold and send it to the microwave oven.
Step 7:
We set the maximum power for 10-15 minutes. After the time has elapsed, we check the condition of the potatoes and, if necessary, send them to the microwave for some more time. The baking time depends on the model of the microwave oven, the potato variety. The readiness of potatoes can be checked with a fork, if the potatoes are soft, you can serve them to the table. But excessive baking of potatoes will also negatively affect its taste, the potatoes will turn out dry, tough on the outside.
Step 8:
We take the bag of potatoes out of the microwave, let it cool down a little, cut the package, put the potatoes on a dish and serve them to the table, sprinkling chopped fresh herbs on top, sprinkling with oil.
