Step-by-step cooking
Dry the grapes well after washing, put them in a bowl with a wide bottom.
Melt chocolate in a water bath (you can in the microwave). Cool slightly. After that, add a little to the grapes, stirring at the same time.
Grapes should "stick" with chocolate from all sides.
After one tablespoon of cocoa should be used for sprinkling grapes (cocoa is better to sift). Mix it up. And again in cocoa.
Lay food paper on a board and put truffle balls on it. After cooling and until solidified.
From balls of various sizes, put a bunch of grapes on a separate dish, decorate with chocolate leaves.
Serve as a healthy and delicious dessert!
