Solyanka combined meat in a slow cooker

Stunningly delicious and fragrant solyanka! And a slow cooker will cook it! I really love solyanka, so I cook it often. It is especially good the day after the holidays, because it helps to cope with the unpleasant consequences of a feast, when you don't want anything from the amount you have eaten. The slow cooker appeared in my house recently and since then I have been constantly adapting my favorite recipes for it. Soups in it are obtained especially well due to the effect of languor as in a Russian oven! Solyanka was no exception!

Step-by-step cooking

Cooking time: 2 h 40 min
  1. Step 1:

    Step 1.

    Necessary Ingredients

  2. Step 2:

    Step 2.

    Cut beef into medium pieces

  3. Step 3:

    Step 3.

We put it in the bowl of a slow cooker and fill it with hot water. It can be cold, but then the cooking time will need to be increased taking into account the heating of the water

  4. Step 4:

    Step 4.

We set the program "Soup" for 2 hours

  5. Step 5:

    Step 5.

When the program is already coming to an end, we cut all the other ingredients for the hodgepodge - first the onion

  6. Step 6:

    Step 6.

    Then ham into thin strips

  7. Step 7:

    Step 7.

    Servelate straws

  8. Step 8:

    Step 8.

    Boiled sausage also straws

  9. Step 9:

    Step 9.

The program is over - the meat is cooked

  10. Step 10:

    Step 10.

    Leave the beef to cool

  11. Step 11:

    Step 11.

And pour the broth into another container

  12. Step 12:

    Step 12.

Pour vegetable oil into the bowl of the slow cooker and spread the onion

  13. Step 13:

    Step 13.

We set the program "Baking ", leave it to fry for 7 minutes

  14. Step 14:

    Step 14.

Meanwhile, cut the cucumbers into strips. I took fermented cucumbers, very sharp, I like them most in the hodgepodge

  15. Step 15:

    Step 15.

Cut green olives into thin circles

  16. Step 16:

    Step 16.

Spread the olives and cucumbers to the onion, mix and leave for 5 minutes

Meanwhile, we cut the beef into portions

  18. Step 18:

  19. Step 19:

    Step 19.

We spread the chopped meat products and leave them in the same mode for 10 minutes

  20. Step 20:

    Step 20.

Then pour beef broth, add bay leaf, optional pickle from olives. At this stage, you need to try for salt - I have enough salt, I did not add salt. We leave it until the end of the program "Baking". This program assumes a high temperature, so it will boil strongly. If not in a hurry, you can leave for an hour on the program "Soup" or "Cook "

  21. Step 21:

    Step 21.

After 15 minutes, the slow cooker signaled the end of the program - we leave the hodgepodge to infuse for at least 15 minutes

  22. Step 22:

    Step 22.

Meanwhile, let's prepare everything for serving

  23. Step 23:

    Step 23.

Cut half of the onion into half rings and put it in a plate, it will give its unique flavor and a little sharpness to our hodgepodge, and due to the fact that the hodgepodge is hot, it will marinate and will not be bitter

  24. Step 24:

    Step 24.

Finely chop the greens, cut the olives in half, cut off a circle of lemon

  25. Step 25:

    Step 25.
