Cooking method
1. Pour boiled or pasteurized milk into the bowl of the slow cooker.
2. Close the lid of the slow cooker and turn on the "Yogurt" mode.
3. After 10 minutes, the milk will warm up to a temperature of 40 degrees - the time when you need to add yogurt starter according to the instructions for your starter. Usually it is 10-15 ml per liter of milk. Or you can replace the starter culture with 100-125 ml of natural yogurt without additives.
4. 15 minutes before the signal to end the yogurt preparation program, add finely chopped strawberries.
5. Let the finished yogurt cool, spread on dessert plates and serve, garnished with pieces of strawberries and mint.
