Wild rice in a slow cooker

Cooking method
1. Soak wild rice in cold water in advance (overnight or daily, for at least 5 hours).
2. Pour vegetable oil and water into the bowl of the slow cooker. Add rice. Close the slow cooker, turn on the Buckwheat, Rice or Porridge mode. Wait for the ready signal.
3. Season the finished wild rice with salt and transfer to a ceramic dish.
Serve well with fresh vegetables, seafood, or as a regular side dish for meat and fish.
