Step 1:
Ingredients that you will need to cook green borscht in a slow cooker:potatoes, pork ribs, onions, carrots, salt, vegetable oil, bay leaf, sorrel.
Step 2:
Put pork ribs in a bowl of a slow cooker, pour water, put in the "Quenching" mode for 1 hour.
Step 3:
After an hour, add peeled and diced potatoes, bay leaf, salt to taste to the slow cooker, and put it in the "Quenching" mode for another hour.
Step 4:
Pour vegetable oil into the pan and put the pan on the fire, put diced onions there.
Step 5:
Add grated carrots to the onion in the pan, fry the onion and carrot. At any stage, put it in borscht.
Step 6:
Wash the sorrel leaves well, put them on a sieve and let the water drain. Cut and add to the green borscht with sorrel in a slow cooker 5 minutes before the end of cooking, mix. Close the lid and wait for the end of the program.
Step 7:
Borscht is ready.
