Cooking method
Pour sunflower oil into the bowl of the slow cooker, add the badger meat cut into pieces (do not forget to remove the fat - this is mandatory, otherwise the finished dish will have an unpleasant taste) and seasonings: rosemary, sage, thyme, pepper and, of course, salt.
Select the program "Baking", set the time to 1 hour. When the time has passed, open the lid and add the wine, mix and let the liquid evaporate a little, keeping the lid open for literally 1-2 minutes.
Before you go about your business, leaving the slow cooker at work, do not forget to add potatoes cut into quarters to the meat. Now you can safely close the lid and wait for a sound signal notifying that the dish is ready. Another point - periodically, 2-3 times, you need to visit the kitchen to mix the dish being prepared.
We serve it on the table, enjoy the aroma and taste. Bon appetit!
