Cooking method
1. First of all, sift the flour, pour it into the bread maker.
2. Add yeast, salt and sugar (no need to mix).
3. Carefully break the egg to the dry ingredients (also without stirring, this is the bread maker's business), put the butter.
4. And the final stage is a liquid, in our case, milk. It is very important to pour the liquid at the end - this is the key to properly mixing the ingredients in the bread maker. The dough eventually turns out to be very airy.
5. Select the "Main" mode, the type of dough is "Yeast". The cooking time will take 2 hours and 20 minutes (usually this is the standard time for any bread maker).
The dough from the specified number of ingredients is enough to make 12 donuts that are deep fried.
Cook with a good mood, delicious donuts for you!
