Cooking method
Heat the oil to a boil in a deep fryer or a deep, narrow saucepan. Please note that when adding sausages, the oil level will rise!
Add salt directly to the oil, mix lightly. Sausages are cleaned from the film, cut into portions. Fry the pieces or all at once, if placed, or in portions.
You can dump it directly into the oil, then you will need to mix the sausages a couple of times so that they are fried evenly on all sides. Or you can put sausages on skewers and put them in oil. Choose the method that is convenient for you.
Fry the sausages until the desired blush. And enjoy your appetite!
