Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Prepare the ingredients. To make cottage cheese with gelatin and fruit, we will need: cottage cheese (5-9% fat content), condensed milk, gelatin, milk, vanilla and any fruit to taste (I have peach, cherry and strawberry).
Step 2:
Wash and dry the peach, cherry and strawberry. Cut the peach into small pieces. Cut the cherries in half and remove the bones. You can cut each half into two more parts. Cut the strawberries into quarters.
Step 3:
If gelatin is powdered, pour it with milk and leave to swell for 20 minutes. I used gelatin in the sheets, so I soaked it in water.
Step 4:
Pour milk into a saucepan, add condensed milk and vanilla and mix until smooth. Bring to a boil over low heat with constant stirring, but do not boil. Remove from the fire.
Step 5:
Squeeze out the leaf gelatin and add it to the hot milk, mix until smooth. If you use powdered gelatin, put it in a saucepan and warm it over low heat until completely dissolved. Then add condensed milk and vanilla and mix.
Step 6:
Combine cottage cheese with gelatin-vanilla mass and mix thoroughly until smooth. It is better to do it with a mixer. Then the mass will be more homogeneous.
Step 7:
Add chopped fruits to the curd mass.
Step 8:
Mix everything gently with a spatula.
Step 9:
Put the curd mass in silicone molds and put it in the refrigerator for 2-4 hours until completely solidified. You can put everything in one large form. Or spread out on the cremans.
Step 10:
Remove the finished dessert from the mold and cut into portions. Bon appetit!
The combination of cottage cheese, fruit and gelatin is one of my favorites in desserts. I have repeatedly cooked dishes such as: curd-yogurt cake, curd dessert with gelatin and fruit, curd souffle with gelatin, etc .
