Cottage cheese with gelatin and fruit

Cottage cheese, fruit and gelatin are a classic combination in desserts. A light dessert without baking based on your favorite fruits will be a great breakfast for the whole family. In the summer heat, when you don't want to bake anything in the oven, such a dessert without baking will be a real salvation. I made this dessert cake for my husband's birthday. It is very convenient, since you can prepare it in advance - 1-2 days before the celebration. And if you cook in a silicone curly shape, you will get a real beauty. If desired, you can put the dessert on a sponge cake and get a full-fledged cake.

  8. Step 8:

    Step 8.

Mix everything gently with a spatula.

  9. Step 9:

    Step 9.
