Cooking method
1. Chop strawberries with a blender;
2. Add honey, beat with a blender;
3. Add kefir, beat everything with a blender until smooth and airy mass;
4. Pour the finished mass into molds or pour into cups, insert sticks and put in the freezer for at least 2 hours;
5. After 2 hours, beat the mass again with a blender, so repeat several times until the product is completely frozen.
