Cooking method
Using a blender, mix the frozen banana, cottage cheese and protein until smooth and creamy. Place the resulting mixture in a plastic container, and leave it in the freezer for an hour. Remove the container, and carefully grind the frozen mixture again. Put the container back in the freezer for another hour. Repeat the procedure until the ice cream freezes evenly.
