Cooking method
1. Grind almonds in any convenient way into medium-fine crumbs.
2. Mix all the ingredients thoroughly, including crushed almonds, controlling the consistency - it is necessary to achieve good viscosity.
3. Cover a baking sheet or a large cutting board with parchment and spread the mixture evenly over it.
4. Cover the top with a second sheet of the same and press firmly, wrap the edges.
5. Place in the refrigerator until solidified.
6. Cut the frozen layer into bars.
Everything is ready, charge up!
