1. Prepare the caramel, for this we pour sugar into a large frying pan and send it to a low heat, melt the sugar crystals to a caramel liquid, then carefully pour the cream, mix, spread the butter, mix thoroughly again. We bring the mass to a boil again, after which we remove it from the fire.

2. Nuts are dried in the microwave or in the oven, chopped with a knife. Put the flakes and nuts in the caramel, mix quickly.

3. We put the resulting mass into a detachable mold, pre-lubricate the bottom of the mold with vegetable oil. We send the form to the refrigerator for half an hour.

4. Gelatin is dissolved in water according to the instructions on the package. Put the cottage cheese in a bowl, pour lemon juice and champagne (or juice), pour sugar, beat the mass with a blender.

5. At this stage, pour the dissolved gelatin into the curd mass, mix. We take the mold out of the refrigerator, put the curd mass on the base, return the cake to the cold.

6. Meanwhile, whisk the cooled cream with powdered sugar, fill the cooking bag with cream, put small meringues on the surface of the cake.

7. My grapes, cut each berry in half, decorate the cake. We send it back to the refrigerator for an hour.
