Chocolate with goji berries

Cooking method
1. We put the cocoa butter in a saucepan, melt it in a steam bath, add coconut oil, wait until it also melts.
2. Pour Japanese powdered Matcha green tea and cocoa powder into the melted butter, mix.
3. Add a little vanilla extract, a pinch of sea salt and maple syrup (honey is possible), mix.
4. Now remove the saucepan from the steam bath, mix, the mass becomes denser as it cools down. Add lemon zest, mix.
5. The tray is lined with cling film, pour the resulting mass into it, sprinkle with goji berries, nuts and pumpkin seeds.
6. We send it to the refrigerator, leave it for 2 hours.
Then carefully remove the resulting chocolate bar, separate the food film and serve the treat to tea.
