Step 1:
Cookies are needed on the basis for this cake. Jubilee cookies, 2 packs, go well together.
Step 2:
Chop the cookies with a blender or any convenient way.
Step 3:
Add half a cup of milk to the cookies, knead the dough.
Step 4:

Heating over low heat, but not bringing to a boil, stir the gelatin until completely dissolved.

Pour gelatin into yogurt in a thin stream, stirring constantly.

Mix until smooth.
Step 10:
Cut strawberries as in the photo - lengthwise into plates.
Step 11:
Lay the plates along the edge of the mold right next to the base of the cake.
Step 12:
Put whole berries beautifully on the cake and pour gelatin yogurt. Overnight - up to 12 hours - put in the refrigerator until the jelly solidifies.
Step 13:
As the jelly freezes, take the cake out of the mold, put it on a dish.
