Granola from sprouted buckwheat

Cooking method

1. Buckwheat, sunflower seeds and pumpkin need to be pre-soaked and germinated during the day.
2. Soak the walnuts for 3-4 hours, then mash them coarsely.
3. Mix buckwheat, pumpkin and sunflower seeds, walnuts.
4. Add poppy seeds and sesame seeds.
5. Add finely grated nutmeg and carrot cake.
6. Mix everything, then dry in the dryer at a minimum temperature for a day. Put everything out of the dryer.
7. Add dried white mulberry (or white raisins), mix.

Serve to the table, for example, with almond milk.
