Step 1:
Adjust all the spicy ingredients in this dish to your liking. Finely chop the meat.
Step 2:
Rinse the rice well until clear water.
Step 3:
Cut onion into medium cubes.
Step 4:
Slightly larger sweet pepper. Chop the hot pepper.
Step 5:
Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the meat quickly until the color changes.

Fry for another minute. Add salt and all seasonings.
Step 9:
Then tomatoes in their own juice, corn, beans, washed rice and 300 ml of water or broth. Mix everything and bring to a boil.
Step 10:
Make minimal heating, cover with a lid and leave for 15 minutes.
Step 11:
Check the rice for readiness and you can turn it off. If the rice is too hard, leave the heating for another 5 minutes.
