Step 1:
For the first marinade, on beer, in a blender, punch: onion, garlic 20 gr., ginger, honey 1 tbsp. l., salt 20 gr., sumac, vegetable oil and add beer, mix everything well.
Step 2:
Marinate the meat for 4 hours, at least.
Step 3:
For the second marinade, on kefir, in a blender, punch garlic 20 gr., lemon, salt 25 gr. and honey 1 tbsp. l., add kefir and mix well.
Step 4:
Marinate the meat for 3-4 hours, at least
