Step 1:
In this recipe I will tell you how to bake puffs with sweet filling from ready-made puff pastry, and it's very simple. The yeast-free puff pastry is pre-thawed at room temperature, then unfolded. We are preparing a ruler to help.
Step 2:
Cut the dough with a knife into even squares of the desired size. The dough does not need to be rolled out beforehand and sprinkled with flour.
Step 3:
Take one blank.
Step 4:
And, stepping back a little, cut with a sharp knife around the perimeter.
Step 5:
We take out the cut middle and roll it out to the size of the outer blank. We do the rest of the blanks in the same way.
Step 6:
Spread the bottoms on a baking sheet. Lubricate them with lightly beaten egg.
Step 7:
We spread the sides on the bottoms.
Step 8:
Heat the oven to 220 degrees. Put the baking sheet with puffs in a hot oven for 10-15 minutes.
Step 9:
Remove the finished puffs from the baking sheet.

Add powdered sugar and beat everything together with a mixer until firm peaks.
Step 12:
