1. Wash the tomatoes, make notches, then pour boiling water over them. Then pour cold water over it and remove the skin. Remove the seeds, and punch the tomatoes with an immersion blender until mashed.
2. Pour the grated tomatoes into a frying pan, add chopped parsley, basil and garlic clove to bring to a boil.
