Peanut salad

The magic of this salad is in its unique taste. This is a great meat salad with peanuts, which you can use to decorate a festive table and treat yourself and your guests. It is very high in calories, and therefore it will not suit people on a diet. Calories in this food are added exclusively by peanuts (this is generally a very high-calorie product) and peanut butter. I found this recipe on a website, checked it and share it with you.

Cooking method

Cooking time: 40 min
First we boil all the necessary meat – chicken and duck. If you don't really like the taste of duck meat, take white chicken meat.

After frying peanuts in a frying pan without butter. Be sure to peel the kernels of peanuts – that is, we separate the husk and throw it away. Also, nuts are best divided into two halves. But this is not necessary.

Finely chop all the boiled meat and mix it with fried peanut kernels. Add chopped lettuce leaves.

Now we prepare the sauce: mix peanut butter with vinegar, put salt and ground pepper here.

Add fresh chopped herbs (parsley and dill). Mix the sauce well and pour it over the salad.

The surface of the salad is decorated with beautiful smoked slices of lard (they can be lightly fried).
