Cooking method
This undoubtedly delicious, but very complicated culinary recipe was brought by my friend who was on vacation in Thailand. Turkey meat should have been marinated for a long time in special spices and exotic fruits, and then cooked over an open fire. I simplified the recipe somewhat and tried to cook this dish in a microwave oven. It turned out very well. And most importantly – the cooking time was 12 minutes!
Cut the turkey breast into portions. Together with soy sprouts, boil the meat in chicken broth in the microwave at maximum power for 5 minutes. Remove from the microwave, add canned fruit without juice, curry and cream. Cook for another 5 minutes.
Meanwhile, dilute the starch in cold water, stir well until completely dissolved. Pour the starch into the meat and cook for another 2 minutes at maximum power.
Remove from the microwave and season with spices to taste.
Goes very well with a side dish of rice.
