Step 1:

Step 4:
Put a cucumber on top, cut very thinly or any greens, cabbage, lettuce.... that you have at home. Even white cabbage suits this sandwich very well) I also sprinkled chia seeds for beauty (but this is optional).
Step 5:
We put the remaining piece of bread on top, but I like without it. While my husband, on the contrary, loves with two pieces. It is better to eat immediately, warm and crispy) Bon appetit)
