Fruit cake without baking with gelatin and yogurt

Step-by-step cooking
Grind cookies into crumbs, add melted butter, put in a detachable form with parchment, put in the refrigerator.
Peel the peaches, take out the bones, turn the peaches into puree in a blender.
We dilute gelatin in a small amount of water, put half of it in peach jelly. Mix and spread on the cake. We put it in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.
Combine yogurt with lemon juice and zest, add sugar, whipped cream, and the second part of gelatin. We put the mixture on top of the peach layer and put it in the refrigerator.
Decorate the cake with peaches, and pour everything on top with peach jelly (a pack of jelly + a glass of water).
The cake should stand in the refrigerator for three hours.
