It will take us quite a bit of time to prepare the salad. It is better to prepare the salad in portions, and not in a common dish. Wash the arugula, dry it and put it on a plate. Strawberries are cleaned and cut into slices. We set aside a couple of berries, we will need them to prepare the dressing. Spread the chopped strawberries on top of the arugula. Cheese (by the way, you can take any cheese - hard, soft, if you take hard cheese, it's better to cut it into thin plates, I had mozzarella) we also cut it into cubes and send it to a plate. For dressing, rub the strawberries in mashed potatoes (you can wipe through a sieve), add oil, pepper, salt, mix everything thoroughly until smooth. You can also add a little sugar to the dressing.
