Salad with arugula and strawberries and cheese

An unusual salad, rich in fiber and vitamin C. The salad turns out to be very bright and festive. The taste is rich. If you don't like or can't find arugula, you can replace it with a mixture of other salads, it will taste a little different, but it's also very tasty! If the strawberries are slightly sour, then it is better to add a little sugar to the dressing, this will help make the taste of the salad softer.

It will take us quite a bit of time to prepare the salad. It is better to prepare the salad in portions, and not in a common dish. Wash the arugula, dry it and put it on a plate. Strawberries are cleaned and cut into slices. We set aside a couple of berries, we will need them to prepare the dressing. Spread the chopped strawberries on top of the arugula. Cheese (by the way, you can take any cheese - hard, soft, if you take hard cheese, it's better to cut it into thin plates, I had mozzarella) we also cut it into cubes and send it to a plate. For dressing, rub the strawberries in mashed potatoes (you can wipe through a sieve), add oil, pepper, salt, mix everything thoroughly until smooth. You can also add a little sugar to the dressing. Pour our sauce over the salad and serve it to the table. Bon appetit!
