Step-by-step cooking
We make mashed potatoes from boiled potatoes with the addition of butter. We form balls from puree.
Beat the peas and corn in a blender in a puree. On top of the potato balls, we apply mashed green peas. Then a layer of corn.
Grind the Bulgarian pepper, cover the balls with it. On top - chopped spinach.
We put the snack balls in the refrigerator for an hour.
We will need a ready-made ice bowl (I will tell you about it separately). We put salad leaves on its bottom, balls on top.
We decorate everything with greenery.
